"If I could give Lex a 20 star rating I would! From the time we contacted him about a property we were interested in, until the very last signature needed was signed, Lex went above & way beyond to get us in our dream home! He answered every single phone call & the many texts I sent him almost immediately every time. Some replies were even witty & with a good sense of humor, which I really appreciate since there were a few times during the long process that I needed to be talked down off the ledge! Buying a home can be stressful!
We started out with giving him a pretty long list of our “must haves” for a new home, and he found us a place that had 9/10 of the things on that list. He explained everything along the way, made numerous phone calls on our behalf, sent many, many emails making sure the everything was done in a timely manner for us to be able to close when we needed to. I cannot say enough great things about Lex as a realtor, and we will absolutely be telling anyone we know that is looking to buy or sell to contact Lex.
